Made My Day

I saw this on another blog and I thought I would do this... for yesterday and today!

*The cold RedBull waiting for me in the fridge at work
*Today is my Thursday because I get to go to Channing's school fundraiser on Friday!
*Sweet hugs from my girl this morning
*Making it to work without my gas light coming on
*The grocery store telling me they WILL refund my money for the ground turkey I bought that smelled off
*Channing asking me to paint her nails yesterday
*Channing ASKING to take a bath last night.. who cares if it was before her dinner... we've been fighting the bath lately

*Laughing at myself for looking like 'Jenny from the block' yesterday after changing when I got home

Weekend Happenings!

First I need to mention I bought this foundation for $3 and it is awesome! Loving it!

Friday night we had a blast hanging out with our Best Man Kirk and his little one! Adriana played so sweetly with Channing! She is 7 and just loved on Channing like she was her sister!

Saturday morning we ran 5 miles with our friends Nick and Danielle... We are running a 10 miles race May 5th and are pretty pumped!

Saturday afternoon we had a beer on the patio because it was pretty nice outside... Then our Channy joined us after her nap with some milk and 'cheers'd' us!

Chan being silly with her new Bunny.... Breen got it for her and she has named it TWO. Everything is TWO now that she has turned two!

I got my early birthday present! A ROOMBA!!!!! It is making its maiden voyage today while we are at work... I cant wait to see how it works!!

We ate dinner with my parents Saturday night at Luna De Noche and it was SOOO GOOOD!!!

Later that night I had a cocktail and did laundry! SO FAB!

Sunday while Chandler and Channing were heading back from a birthday and after I had attended a sweet friends Dad's funeral I went to the grocery store by myself! I got some goodies!

If you havent tried these you should! They are SO yummy and so are the cracked pepper and sea salt ones!

Me and my sweet girl this morning! Wer cant wait to see our friends this weekend and hang out together friday for her school fundraiser with Breen! YAY!

We are looking forward to our weekend! Friday having our BEST MAN from our wedding over to hang out! Saturday a LONG run... oh wait only 6 miles but LONG for us right now! Then out to eat with my rents at Luna De Noche... YUMSIES! Then Sunday we are going to support Chandler's cousin at her FIRST marathon... The BIG D! She is an amazing runner and is looking to qualify for Boston! Keep her in your prayers! She has worked hard for this one!! GO LEXI we love you! Then after the marathon we are headed to Ft Worth for a birthday party promising to have a bounce house! I asked Channing this morning where we were going Sunday and she said 'BOUNCE HOUSE' ! Girl is obsessed! YAY for awesome weekends!

Good Friday & Happy Easter!

Thursday two guys in my office brought me this article... I take it as a comliment! I LOVE shoes!



This was Channy Friday morning waiting for me to get ready to go meet Breen for some shopping a 2 year check up for Channing and lunch with Daddy, Grammie and Uncle Ty! She is wearing a comanite shirt that Chandler brought her home and she loves it! I don't know what it is but kiddos look so cute in big ol shirts!


Patiently waiting for the Dr. The Dr makes her very nervous now but overall she did great and is growing and healthy and we thank God every day for that!



Daddy and Channing at the Flying Saucer Friday night waiting to meet his parents and Matt from England! This weekend's weather was so pretty... now its cloudy and rainy again... but we can't complain!




Hunting some eggs at Grammie & Poppa Scott's house yesterday afternoon!














My sweet in laws and brother in law! My other family!



My sweet family... Minus Judah and Cody. We missed you guys!



Fun Cole (aka Uncle Boongie) and Channing... she was concerned about something.... probably getting more cake!


We had a VERY happy Easter and I felt renewed at church yesterday. God has blessed us beyond belief and we are continually thankful... but also we were reminded that He has conquered all for us and we have nothing to worry about because He is sovereign!
