Headbands For A Great Cause!

I wanted to take a little time to introduce my friend Payton Runnels. AKA...one of the girls I used to be a Nanny for or my current Dog/House Sitter! This girl is not only sweet and beautiful but also has a heart of pure GOLD. My sweet Payton is leaving in July for a year to travel around the world with The World Race!
Here is a little more about their mission taken from their site:

The first World Race squads launched from Mexico in January 2006. Literally knocking on doors and sleeping on streets, it was a raw adventure of faith. While in Swaziland in 2007, the Lord told Seth Barnes to structure the World Race for a movement and to give it away to our generation.
The World Race continues to change. It is expanding overseas and in the States, yet its foundations stay the same. It is a journey to 11 countries in 11 months to serve "the least of these" while amongst real and raw community. It facilitates discipleship through the process of discovering into the abundant life He promised. It births partnerships with ministries around the world. It requires Luke 10-like faith.
We're calling you out of your comfort zone and giving you exposure to what God is doing in the world before you commit to the American dream. Because it's not about you, it's about the Kingdom.

Payton is raising money to help with her personal trip expense by selling these cute headbands!

They are each only $10... that is a VERY small amount to help someone to spread the word and help others in other countries!

Attention... Anybody Want A Tan

I am seriously thinking about purchasing my own professional airbrush tanning system. I am kind of doing some research to see if I would have a possibly good client base around town. I live out near Rockwall and work during the week in Dallas. Anyone out there in bloggy world interested in paying me to airbrush them? I would be competitive in pricing... Please give me feedback! Model Call

Yesterday I took Channing to a little model call for a little boutique clothing line. She modeled in one of their catalogs before and did good! This time it was an actual model call she was invited to. We showed up with tons of other mommas and kiddos and she had to try on outfits stand on a stool with her name posted to the wall and smile. She loved it... the only issue we had was that she didnt want to leave and kept trying to go back up to the stool to get her picture taken. It will be fun if she gets chosen again. She is such a little ham most of the time.


Look at these shoes!! They were a hand me down from Chandler's cousin and his family. Their kiddos always have the coolest 'kicks' and now Channing fits into a pair! I was so excited when they fit this morning. She loved them too! Thanks Brett & Jessica for sending Channing some of the coolest sneaks she owns!

Off To School!

Channing did not want me to hold her on the way into school this morning because my top scratched her legs... so she ran into school and I could barely stop her for a picture!

Weekend Pics A Day Behind!

A day or TWO behind I should day! We had a GREAT low key weekend with our girl! Here she is on Saturday morning looking SO cute with piggies and just jeans and a tee. LOVE HER!

While I ran to the grocery store Channing rode her bike with Daddy!



Then he taught her how to play washers... They bet Oreos!





Saturday evening while we got dinner ready after majorly organizing our kitchen she played on the iPad... LOVE technology!




Grilled pineapple and rosemary! YUMMY!









LOVE her snuggling with me before her bedtime!



We played blocks and built a major tower!









Yesterday after a good nap we needed to run to Target and I (bribed) treated her to a Starbucks double choc chip frap! She LOVED it SO MUCH!!!!




I took a self portrait... shocking I know... It was def a hat day yesterday! It was so windy here!




AND that brings us to this morning! She LOVES to pose now... I love when she does it! She didn't want to take her plug out though.... it was also her 'Monday'!









Look at these CUTE moccasins I got her at TARJAY yesterday for $10! They are SO CUTE on her!
