Dad

This is just a simple post today asking all of you guys... anyone who prays to say a prayer fr my Dad and my family. By the time MOST of you read this he will be having Quad Bypass surgery.

 

 I am at the hospital with my mom. I am anxious to say the LEAST. Although, I know God is in control and I should not worry I am having a tough time.

 

I ask for you guys to pray for the surgeon and the staff working on my Dad.

 

This is what the surgeon told my parents last week when he met with them:

 

"well, the last thing I like to make my patients aware of is the fact that I am a man of faith....,  I believe in God, and I believe he takes care of us and I just like my patients to know that I trust that God will get us all though this."

 

 

I trust that God has chosen the best surgeon for the job. I am also thanking God that he provided good knowledge and know how to my Dad's doctor who suggested he get a routine Stress Test since he didn't get one last year.

 

 

 

I just love my dad so much and I just solicite prayers on his behalf today and in the coming weeks through recovery. I feel like I still need my Dad, my mom still needs her husband and Channing Layne still needs her Pop Pop.

 

Also, please pray that I am able to be a rock for my Mom as I sit by her side today. She needs me this time and I need to be there for her totally through all of this.

 

 

 

 

 

I can't write much more because I am getting emotional but if you believe or if you pray...

 

Please send one up for my Dad!
